I love this Alpha Grillers meat thermometer.I used to use an old-school short metal thermometer with the dial, it was fine I guess, but this is far superior.First of all, the way this was packaged:- It came with a battery already installed and ready to go AND an extra battery for future use! Impressive.-It comes with a Lifetime (enuf said)-It came with a meat temperature guide-It came with a QR code for tips, tools and information on cooking.-It came with an email address in case you need to reach out to them.-It came with easy to follow instructions.I love how easy it is to use. Just pull out/open the metal temperature probe, insert into meat, and you'll see the temperature boldly displayed in the digital screen. Then wipe it clean, close it back into the unit, and it is now turned off. Can't get any easier. And in case you forgot what temp your type of meat is supposed to be, it is printed right on the thermometer. AND there is a light for easier reading. AND you can change it from Fahrenheit to Celsius.So very glad I bought this!!!!!!
