The AirPods Pro 2 were amazing ear buds so I was skeptical that these could be better. Glad to admit I was wrong, the noise cancellation is incredible, the added bass is not over bearing, at least not to my ears. The sound profile on the pro 2’s was near perfect but always lacked in bass, the pro 3’s nailed it. Solid sound, incredible noise cancellation and I haven’t tried the live translation feature but it seems cool from what I’ve seen online about it.The battery life is fine for both the buds and case and the ear buds are little more waterproof and also dust proof at IP57 as opposed to the pro 2’s only being IPX4.I’m happy with these ear buds and I’ve tried quite a few including the Jabra elite 8 active which I loved for their incredible IP68 rating but the right ear bud always crapped out and the sound wasn’t as good as the AirPod pro 2’s. Safe to say the AirPods Pro 3 blow the jabras out of the water.Only downfall would be no equalizer settings in the AirPods Pro 3’s. Not a big deal for me personally as I set my jabras once and just left them and only found them to be a little better set at my preferences as opposed to the initial settings. The AirPods Pro 3 sound profile is pretty damn good as is so I have no issues there.If you’re looking for new ear buds and are already in the Apple ecosystem then these are a no brainer. Even if you don’t need new ear buds and are happy with your pro 2’s or another brand, these are worth the price of admission.
