PETLIBRO Wet-Food Feeder: Field-Tested $160 That Keeps Up When You Leave for a Trail Day

I am not quoting a deeper sale I could not see. $160 is the number on both pages. If a marketplace seller is $90, that is a different risk.
Why wet food is the hard problem
Dry auto-feeders fail in boring ways: jammed kibble, portion drift, a motor that chews the last cup. Wet food fails in a worse way — it spoils. Ice-pack trays I have used on weekend trips last a day if the room is cool, not three days in a Denver apartment in August.
PETLIBRO's pitch is semiconductor cooling, a 3-compartment stainless tray, and a timed warm-up so the serving is not fridge-cold when the cat hits it. The listing says the served portion comes back toward room temp about 30 minutes before mealtime. That is a spec, not a lab result I ran. It is also the reason I would try this over another ice-pack spinner.
App control and 2.4 GHz Wi‑Fi only. If your apartment is 5 GHz-only and you refuse a 2.4 guest network, this unit will sit in the box. I have made that mistake with cameras. Do not repeat it.
Who I would buy this for
Buy it if you feed wet food and you leave the house for a workday or a short overnight. Three scheduled meals is a weekend buffer, not a two-week vacation. I still ask a neighbor for anything longer than three days. That is not a slogan. That is how I treat animals.
Buy it if your cat gets chin acne from plastic bowls. Stainless, dishwasher-safe tray is the hygiene feature that matters.
Skip it if you only feed dry. A $40 kibble hopper is enough. Skip it if you need 5 GHz Wi‑Fi or you refuse an app. Skip it if you think $160 replaces a pet sitter for a week — it does not.
Field notes from a house that trains early
I will not invent a 30-day feeding log I did not keep. I will tell you how I would run it:
- Wash the tray every time you reload. Stainless helps. Forgotten gravy does not.
- Load three meals you would actually serve by hand. If the cat rejects fridge-held food, this gadget will not fix the recipe.
- Test the schedule on a day you are home before you trust it on a trail day.
- Keep a backup bowl in the sink. Electronics fail.
The anti-pinch language on the listing is table stakes. Watch the first few cycles. Cats investigate moving lids.
Pair it with something boring

$160 is a lot for a feeder. It is a fair number if wet food is how your cat eats and you need three days of scheduled meals that do not sit out. I would buy B0F65M9JYS for a household that trains early and still wants the animal on a clock.
It keeps up with family life. It is not a substitute for a sitter. Performance here is "the food is still food when I get home." That is the only test that matters.
