First off this is an easy 5* - and I do not say that lightly especially with the £70 price tag.The Pro 2 is slightly smaller than the Pro 1 controller - it fits better in the hand, the buttons feel better, the plastic feels nice and premium.The joysticks are the smoothest I have ever come across in a controller - this is not hyperbole when you get it out the box you will feel what I mean.Pairs instantly to the Switch 2 - has a chat button and can turn the console on and off.The 3.5mm headphone jack DOES support a microphone headset so you can play on TV with only you being able to hear which can be good. One thing no one speaks about is that the headphones support 3D audio and it is genuinelly really good. Like hear it to believe it - there have been moments where in game I have thought that sounds were coming from the room not the game. Pick a good pair of IEMs or simiar.Battery life is not as good IMO as with the Pro 1 but it lasts forever still and charges quickly.Haptics are improved from Pro 1 and are really strongDownsides:- Price- STILL no hall effect sticks which is a real shame- Could have had a USB C headphone connection as well as the 3.5mm- No analogue triggershonestly it's superb overall. Best controller on any console to date. So comfortable.
