Codes are almost always delivered instantly, just give them a few minutes.To redeem a nintendo gift card on your switch 1 or switch 2, go into the eshop (red bag on the home screen, for me on switch 2) and go to the bottom of the list at the side to where it says “Redeem Code” go to the box in the middle with all the lines and the keyboard will appear, letting you type your code in!
