Maxpower Planet Pet Grooming Brush for Long Haired Cats - Double Sided Shedding and Dematting Undercoat Rake, Dog Comb, Blue

Key Features

• DESIGNED FOR LONG & THICK COATS: Tailored for pets with long, wiry, or double coats. Not suitable for short-haired cats, dogs, or pets with sensitive skin. Best suited for breeds needing thorough coat maintenance.
• PRECISION BLADES FOR SAFE DEMATTING: This tool works differently than a typical dog brush for shedding—it’s designed to carefully cut through knots without pulling out fur. Sharp yet gentle blades effectively cut through mats and tangles, deshedding and thinning out undercoats.
• VERSATILE FOR DIFFERENT BREEDS: Works well for both large and small breeds but may not be ideal for very small or toy breeds. Not recommended for pugs or similar short-haired dogs.
• SAFE GROOMING WITH GENTLE STROKES: This rake is most effective when used with light pressure and short, gentle strokes. Avoid using on pets unfamiliar with grooming tools or those with sensitive skin. The tool is not intended to be a primary shedding brush but rather a dematting and thinning tool.
• DETAILED USAGE INSTRUCTIONS: Glide the rake along your pet’s fur with minimal pressure. For safety, pull loose skin tight to avoid catching. This tool should be used for cutting through mats and thinning coats, not as a comb or slicker brush alternative.
