These paint brushes were a spur of the moment purchase that I got to finish a small DIY job that required painting and clear coating.They're standard brushes, nothing special but helped complete the job nicely. They provided an even coat of both paint and slightly thicker clear coat giving the ideal finish to my project with multiple sizes of brush to allow me to get into small dints in the wood.I forgot to clean the brushes straight after I'd finished painting and got left for about 12 hours. When I got home from work I realised I needed to apply another coat so quickly threw them in some white spirit and left them for a few hours.After letting them sit and agitating them slightly, the brushes had stained, however I was using black paint, but they still dried well and allowed me to apply another coat of paint and a healthy layer of clear coat.For the price, these are cheap enough to not have to worry about making a mess of them but also being able to give you a solid result.
