Simple to use, worked well with these lightweight frames also from Amazon.Only needed to use one strip at the top and they are holding these fine.It’s a bit like Velcro, I’ve not taken them off yet to put my own pics in frame, I guess that has to be done carefully to avoid pulling off the one stuck to the wall.To fit them I put the two together on to the back of the picture frame and then adhered the frame to the wall so it was very easy to level and distance out. They’ve been stuck on for a week now. All in all took about an hour to put them all up level.Once the back is stuck to the wall there is no second chance, so it helps to have some one with you as an extra set of eyes. I’m hoping that they will separate easily when I get my pictures to go in, need to wait for my cat to sit still first 😂😂Hope review / pic is helpful.
