The first washing machine we have bought in over 16 years as our last one was a Trojan that kept on going. This machine is very modern with digital display and lots of functions and a little light inside. The instructions aren’t the best, with a mix of poor translation and AI. Thankfully it’s fairly straightforward to work out on the machine itself.The preset wash & dry function is our usual daily setting. The timer says it will take 5 and a half hours but we have found it making its “finished” little tune within 3 hours. It may be dependant on how much is in the machine and it works itself out accordingly.Our clothes come out completely dry. It is worth noting that the WASH function takes 10kg but the DRY function only takes 7kg! If you use the preset wash/dry and you load in 10kg it will run straight to dry without giving you the chance to take the extras out. Not a problem but we find the clothes can still be a touch damp in this case. So if you do use the preset wash/dry only load in 7kg max and your clothes will come out bone dry.Another thing we have noticed is it is quite sensitive. Our old machine took on pet beds and blankets without issues but this machine will throw up errors at the SLIGHTEST bit of hair in the drain catcher, meaning we have had to unscrew the little catcher at the front and empty it multiple times. An easy fix but a bit annoying. We now have a pet hair catcher bag that we put pet bedding in to help the machine.Despite these few issues it is a great machine, extremely quiet and washes everything very well. A decent washer/dryer for the money!
