Product wise - 5/5. Great washing machine. Very quiet. Good slimline feature. Had a slight problem with the installation, and ended up having to buy an extra piece, but otherwise the delivery/installation team were very helpful.Amazon customer service - 2/5. If you are selecting installation etc, make sure if you check out with it too rather than selecting a standard day for delivery (the installation day didn't appear during my check out). Had to return the first one, then rebuy it which was a faff. The customer service agent was rather patronising stating that it "wasn't that hard to install". I mentioned I had requested the full service (deinstall, removal of packaging, install, haul), and as 7 months pregnant this was no easy feat, let alone doing the installation and haul yourself!
