This has always been my go-to for when the kids are congested, and I find it works best when plugged in the hallway with their bedroom door wide open since the scent is quite strong. It usually takes about 15 minutes to kick in, so I often pair it with a bit of Snufflebabe on their chest to help them get off to sleep while the vapour builds up.The refills are very easy to swap out, although it's worth noting they can leave a bit of an oily residue on your fingers. It’s just a minor thing and easy enough to wash off, but overall the product is incredibly dependable for helping everyone get a better night's rest during cold season.
