WOW WOW WOW!National Service in the South Korean Army now well and truly behind them the magnificent 7 return to the studio and have created a tour de force that lays down a marker to the completion that benefitted from their hiatus.This is a different sound, harder and returning to hip hop beats. 14 songs including the single SWIM which is a more gentle vibe and insanely catchy.The sound stage and overall production is exceptional on my hi -end system. The bass is phat and dominant without that distortion that so many producers insist on and drowns the production. Not here- the balance is just right and all the elements in the mix have space to shine.This is BTS 2.0 they are back with a bang- transitioning into a true A list top tier mature band of 30 something musicians who have real credibility as artists, songwriters, producers, performers and creatives.The have taken the Boyband template to the Nth degree and are on a level all of their own. No other boy band in history comes close to BTS. As a band they have a few more miles on the clock, that's for sure.
