The Amazon Basics industrial batteries are amazing value for money. They work perfectly in my Xbox controller with no issues at all. I’m not entirely sure what the technical difference is between these and the regular ones I think the industrial ones just have a slightly shorter shelf life but they last a very long time.If you buy the 200-pack today, you won’t need to buy batteries for a good 1–2 years. I’ve been playing on my Xbox quite a bit and the battery level has barely moved; it’s still sitting at about 95% charge. I'm super impressed. These are almost as good as Duracell or your regular Energizer but for a much better price. Highly recommended! I personally don’t like rechargeable for me it’s inconvenience I prefer the good old fashioned alkaline no waiting around
