I’ve only used this for about a week but I feel as though my hot flashes are less frequent and I really like the consistency of this product. I’ve used other that were hard to apply as they were more of a solid. This it creamy by any means but it’s easy to get out of the jar and spread it on your skin. I’m hoping with more time, I will see more results.
