This book was everything I wanted from Tierney and Achilles, and more!There's so much to spoil, so I'm just going to note my feeling and impressions of the book.I have been obsessed with Achilles and Tierney's dynamic since we first met them (in Handsome Devil, I believe?). I spotted the enemies to lovers tension loud and clear, but I never dreamed that there was HISTORY to their story, I just thought it was a current timeline thing. So when I found out they were childhood sweethearts I was gagged! This brought a whole new level of obsession to my already complete fascination over the idea of them together!My anticipation for this book was next-level, and it was so deserved!The history, the forbidden love, the yearning, the lies, the betrayal, the obsession, the banter, the tension, the HEAT! 😍🥵These two were Romeo and Juliet cranked up to 100! Maybe more like Harley and the Joker? 😏I was legitimately giggling and kicking my feet over two deranged psychos and loved every minute of it! 🤭I ate this book up, and I'm once again left begging for more!
