I’m so glad I purchased this book!! I’ve been following Marina Wright on Instagram for a good few years and have always loved how helpful her posts and stories are around health, food and fitness, so I knew her book wouldn’t disappoint.Each chapter is broken down in such a clear way. I started writing notes, but then realised that at the end of each chapter there’s a tick list/to-do list covering the topics from the previous section, which is amazing, it means I can just keep referring back to that instead of searching through the book again.Since implementing the weekly actions, I’ve noticed I’m having deeper and longer sleeps, not waking up at 3/4am and I have more energy throughout the day with no 3pm crashes. My favourite part is that I’ve started going to the gym in the morning, I never thought I was a morning gym girlie!!Overall, this is such a great guidebook to have at home and continue referring back to. Whenever you feel like you’ve gone a bit off piste with busy day-to-day life, it really helps get you back on track.I’ll also continue recommending it to my family and friends! Thank you so much!!
