Just based on the review, they mailed a letter and replacement (as well as non-magnetic option in case that worked better for me (based on my original review which I left below). The replacement screen worked 100 times better. It stays in place, covers the entire screen, came well-packaged, and fits PERFECTLY! I am thrilled by the company's obvious attention to the image and product quality. They have earned a customer for life! I even purchased another screen for my work laptop!! I have an HP spectre 360x for comparison. If you are considering this product - the answer is YES!______________________________________________________________________Previous review:Was large enough but it just doesn't stay put. I liked the idea that I could have it on and it wasn't permanently "glued" to my screen; but it looks like it worked better in theory than in practice.It does seem pretty sturdy and the privacy portion works...if only it stayed on and stopped sliding off
