Got this mainly because I really wanted that soft nugget ice, and it does exactly what I hoped. Size is pretty reasonable on the counter and doesn’t feel in the way. Setup was easy, fill the water, plug it in, and it starts working without any hassle.The ice texture is great..! soft and chewable, perfect for drinks. It makes ice fast enough for daily use and keeps going until the bin is full. There is some noise when it’s running, but nothing unexpected for an ice machine.I also like that it has a self-cleaning feature, makes maintenance way less annoying.
