I love this bottle because it keeps me on track with my daily hydration. As a matter of fact, I was drinking 3 times the amount of water needed daily before I got this bottle.I can attest to its durability because I've dropped it many times and it hasn't been damaged at all, and even more impressive is that not one drop of water escaped.The wrist strap is handy and I can see me carrying this around with me when I go to the beach. I'll even bring it with me on my flotation device.The spout is the right size to drink from; no more spilling all over the place (and my face!) like previous ones I've owned.It's easy to open with one hand and the lock is secure.There are so many pretty colours to choose from if you wish, but I'm quite happy with the bubblegum colour; it's quite pleasant to look at. I'll be buying another for a spare in the summer.I'm not sure if it can be frozen but I'll find out this summer as I usually bring frozen bottled water to the beach with me. I am guessing it's not recommended but I think it will hold up quite well after being in the freezer overnight with water in it.It also comes with a cleaning tool making it a breeze to clean.
