I bought this mouth guard after my dentist informed me that I grind my teeth when I sleep...weird, because I'm certain that I'm a mouth breather at night, at least I know I start out that way.It was verrrrrrrry easy to form, and then reform, it to my teeth so that it fits securely and comfortably. For the record, it took form nicely the very first time, but after I thought about it, I realized that I needed to redo the fit to match the position of my teeth when I sleep (mouth breather) rather than the position they're in when I play sports.It's solidly thick enough to last through many, many, many wears, yet not so thick that it makes me gag.I am very pleased with the quality of this mouth guard and equally pleased with its price. I very much recommend this product, and I will definitely seek out another SAFEJAWZ mouthguard if/when I need another in the future.
