Great upgrade to old ROKU versions. I have used this literally for 1 day and I am so glad I upgraded. I had an older ROKU version that gradually gave up it's capability on my TV so it was no longer functioning. This order arrived within a day and had a great sale. The loss of compatibility is a downer with these sticks and also happened with my original ROKU stick that I upgraded a year or two ago on another TV. For the price it isn't a bit deal to upgrade though. I thought that first replacement stick was a great upgrade at the time. In comparison, this voice remote is by far superior. It's a slick design, it is more clear on screen and quicker response time, easy to setup and add apps, voice feature is great - still a little slow, but much better than typing in every character for passwords. I understand you can also use it for searching for specific programs. The thing I love most is that I don't have to cycle through HDMI port options on my TV to access the ROKU stick menu. It just powers on and off AND it has its own volume control so I don't need to use the TV remote AND the ROKU remote together anymore. I still have lots of new programming to explore on this thing and I am excited to see what I can find.
