Pennzoil Platinum offers cleaner pistons (based on Sequence IIIH results; does not apply to SAE 0W-16 or Pennzoil Platinum Euro motor oil), helps protect engines from loss of power, delivers better fuel economy (based on the latest industry standard), and provides excellent performance in extreme temperatures. Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic 0W-20 provides the same engine protection as a 5W-20 and is suitable for use in vehicles currently using SAE 5W-20. (*Limited Lubrication Warranty of engine protection up to 15 years or 800,000 kilometers, whichever comes first, and oil drain interval protection of 24,000 kilometers or one year, whichever comes first, if you (1) switch to and exclusively use Pennzoil Platinum Full Synthetic motor oils; and (2) follow all oil change recommendations in your owner’s manual. For oil drain interval protection, you must use an oil filter designed for longer oil change intervals and follow OEM manual and vehicle’s oil life sensor to maintain OEM warranty. Have to say one big concern was even considering buying oil online due to the risk of leakage. Decided to try it after looking at the reviews. Overall rates a 4.8 so thought we would try it. Arrived very quickly and safely without any leakage. Oil was secure and wasn’t an issue. It’s my hobby go to oil for most of our equipment. Very reliable brand and has t let us down.
