as a college student who absolutely relies on caffeine to get through the day, mio energy packets are my STAPLE. the packets are so small and easy for travel — i love keeping one in my bag at all times so i can get some much needed energy on the go/while i’m out somewhere where i can’t necessarily easily get a coffee or something. they’re also so much more affordable than buying canned energy drinks from the store (breaks down to like 30 cents each!!) and i find that they give me the perfect amount of energy — enough to get me alert and energized, but not too much to the point of making me jittery.i also love that these get me to drink more water LOL. i put one of these packets into my 1L water bottle and it’s the perfect concentration of flavour. it’s also great because it’s a nice steady release of caffeine as i get through my bottle, vs drinking a smaller can more quickly which can make the caffeine sometimes feel too intense!
