Oh. My. Gosh. What an incredible continuation of this series!!!!! It was SO good! I have no idea how KF Breene continues to build on this story and constantly make it better, but SHE DOES. I know it seems like 12 books and counting is a lot, and you may think that the story must be dragging by now, but it’s NOT. I actually think that Magical Midlife Rogue might be one of the best in the series. The Ivy House Crew hasn’t lost a single step and we, as readers, get to know them so much better in this one. All of our favorite found family is here, but we also get to know our new “recruits”. I don’t believe in giving spoilers during reviews, so I won’t, but that being said... Magical Midlife Rogue jumps straight into the action! I do mean straight in! There are alpha challenges, mage battles, all of the things! The action level is excellent, but the humor is still where it’s at. I love KF Breene’s ability to be silly, snarky and sarcastic, and then flip the script in the next second and make your heart feel all gooey and warm. She is a master at her craft and shows it in every page of this book. 5 STARS from me, for sure. I can’t wait until the next one!!!
