When setting them up either get thumbtacks or STRONG double-sided tape or Adhesive Foam Tape. Beside that they were very easy to set up. And they really have helped with sound proofing my room. My bedroom walls are pretty thin, and in the beginning, I could hear everything from outside. But after putting up these panels it has really reduce outside noise. The panels themselves are pretty thick. And when buying them either get the 12 or 24 pack if you are just doing one room. I will always say the panels help with inside noise reduction as well. When my cousins walk by my room, they can barely he me or the tv when I'm playing video games. So, if you need decent soundproofing for your room go with this.
