I was skeptical when looking around to buy whitening strips. A lot of the products didn't have any before and afters or some people were saying that the product didn't work, while others said it did.This product 100% works. My before and after are proof of this. I used the same spot in my bathroom with the same amount of light and no flash on my camera to keep all variables consistent.You can see that my teeth weren't extremely yellow before, or at least in person they didn't look too abnormal. Now they're pearly whites and I'm very happy.Pros:Easy application for those with straight teeth. Although, they could be used with slightly crooked teeth since the strips are flexible and soft.They stick really well and for the full 30 minute treatmentConsNow this is the only con and unfortunately it is just part of the process - SENSITIVITY. I found that if I did my treatment in the morning by the afternoon my teeth ached. They ached so badly that I took advil. I found that if I did them in the early evening or late afternoon, I'd sleep through that part of the process (thank goodness, because it sucked).One of my patients at work works in a dentist office and she told me that sensitivity is part of the whitening process, that even if I had them done in a dentist office, it might actually be worse due to the higher concentration of hydrogen peroxide.She also mentioned that taking a day break from the treatment would be helpful, which I did and I did find that it helped.With all that said and even with the sensitivity, I would give this product 5/5.
