I picked this up after hurting my back and used it to try and loosen up. It’s has been a game changer, absolutely brilliant. Great for loosening muscles, cracking your back (so satisfying) and feeling more relaxed after a workout. I also use it after my runs, since starting rolling I haven’t got shin splints once which has previously been a huge problem.Very first so takes getting used to but gives a really good, deep roll. Very solid but also lightweight.
