Ich habe lange nach einer Lösung gesucht, um abends nach der Arbeit wirklich in meine Musik- und Spielewelten abtauchen zu können. In einer Zeit, in der alles nur noch kabellos und oft aus billigem Kunststoff gefertigt wird, wirkt der beyerdynamic DT 990 PRO wie ein Relikt aus einer Zeit, in der Qualität noch an oberster Stelle stand.Das Erlebnis für die Sinne:Klangliche Offenbarung: Als ich zum ersten Mal meine Referenz-Playlists gehört habe, sind mir fast die Tränen gekommen. Man hört Details, von denen man vorher nicht einmal wusste, dass sie existieren. Die Bühne der offenen Bauweise ist so weitläufig, dass man völlig vergisst, dass man überhaupt Kopfhörer trägt.Der Komfort-Faktor: Diese grauen Velours-Polster sind ein Traum. Selbst nach stundenlangen Sessions am PC drückt absolut nichts. Es fühlt sich eher wie eine sanfte Umarmung für die Ohren an. Man merkt einfach, dass dieses Design über Jahrzehnte im Profi-Bereich gereift ist.Das Kraftpaket im Hintergrund: Da dies die 250-Ohm-Version ist, braucht man natürlich ordentlich "Dampf" unter der Haube. Ich betreibe den Kopfhörer an meiner Creative Sound BlasterX AE-5 Plus. Erst in dieser Kombination zeigt der DT 990 PRO, was er wirklich kann. Der SABRE32 DAC der Soundkarte kitzelt jedes noch so kleine Detail heraus und treibt den Kopfhörer mühelos an. Das Zusammenspiel sorgt für eine Dynamik und Klarheit, die einen mitten ins Geschehen versetzt – egal ob beim Mixing oder im Spiel.Ein emotionales Fazit:Es ist für mich mehr als nur Technik. Es ist die Wertschätzung von Handarbeit (Handmade in Germany) und das Gefühl, etwas zu besitzen, das man auch in zehn Jahren noch reparieren kann. Wenn ich das Licht im Raum dimme (die Aurora-Beleuchtung der Soundkarte gibt dazu den passenden Akzent) und die ersten Töne erklingen, ist der Alltagsstress sofort vergessen.Fazit: Wer bereit ist, in ordentliche Hardware zu investieren und seinem Gehör etwas Gutes tun will, kommt an dieser Kombination nicht vorbei. Der DT 990 PRO ist eine Anschaffung fürs Leben. 5 + 1 Stern :)
