This product works as it is advertised to work. Reminds me of the old X-15 product no longer available in stores. Applied this in the bathroom. Killed all the mold on the tile wall in the tube/shower. No scrubbing was required. However, you must ventilate the room when using this product. I recommend applying it in steps. Otherwise it the bleach odor may overwhelm you. After a couple hours the odor will go away.
