The binoculars had only been stored in their case and had never been struck or dropped.What’s worse, I then looked at Tinllaan’s instruction manual, which clearly states that they offer “a lifetime warranty and FREE refund/replacement to all our valued customers” - but they clearly do NOT honor this because when I submitted a complaint to them via the Amazon app, the only response I received two days later was that the case had been “closed.” NO reply to me, NO explanation of any kind as to why they don’t honor their “lifetime warranty” and “Replacement/Refund for Any Reason” - which includes a broken product!So all in all, very poorly made binoculars that broke after hardly any use, and ZERO support of Tinllaan’s so-called lifetime warranty. These binoculars arrived pretty quickly after purchasing them. They are well made, durable, easy to use, lightweight, and have great length of vision and clearness. They do not have night vision, at least when I’ve used them. But it’s alright since I do not need to see things at night. They come with lens caps for where your eyes go and attached caps for the other side, so you don’t lose them. I bought these while they were on sale, and I’ve got to say that they are great for their price.
