As soon as he saw the review he contacted me and offered to send me a new pair of buds.As for the buds themselves:- good sound quality with a lot of options in the app;- very good battery life and the wireless charging is nice to have ;- sound cancellation is good, very good even( I didn't notice it at first how good it is, but when I went to the gym it really made a difference. And I am comparing them to my old Samsung galaxy buds plus.)- they are small and don't pop out of your ears which is pleasant;- on the downside (but this is purely subjective, depending on your ears) when I run they tend to get loose and I always have the filling that they will fall out.Original review:This is not a review for the buds themselves because I couldn't test them. When the product arrived I saw that it was not a new product. Furthermore one of the earbuds was not working. I would have liked to have the option to replace it with a new one but I could only choose repair or my money back(in the mobile app). The price was great but unfortunately the you can't use just one earbud :(
