RØDECaster Pro

Key Features

• Connect and record - The 4 high-quality microphone channels support both condenser studio microphones and conventional dynamic microphones. You can quickly and easily connect microphones for you and your guests, with automatic level setting and recording to a micro SD card with just one click. You can start your first podcast literally within minutes of unpacking the RØDECaster Pro.
• Sound effects and advertising jingles - The RØDECaster Pro features eight programmable effect pads to instantly trigger sound effects, music, advertising jingles, applause and publicity - perfect for giving your podcast professional quality. You can play the programmable pads with sound recordings from any input device, or simply drag and drop files from your computer onto the pads using the included software. You can even choose your favourite colour to illuminate the pads.
• Phone calls - Do you want to interview a guest who is far away? Simply connect your phone to the RØDECaster Pro via Bluetooth or a TRRS cable. The RØDECaster Pro automatically offers “mix-minus” audio so that the caller does not hear echo and you don't have to buy special and expensive accessories. Telephone interviews with remote guests have never sounded so good!
• A great sounding class A preamp with bias setting - the impeccable preamps and outputs of the RØDECaster Pro feature a class A circuit, as well as recording consoles for radio studios that cost hundreds of thousands of pounds. The class A preamps offer a much clearer amplification structure with lower interference levels and produce an incredibly clear, noise-free signal. The preamps also have a bias power supply, which keeps the fault level low in addition. Your signal is crystal clear.
• With built-in APHEX - Your impeccable signal is also enhanced by the legendary, patented audio processors, APHEX Aural Exciter and APHEX Big Bottom. These are built into the audio processing section of the RØDECaster Pro and give your sound that rich, warm sound you can find only in professional studios. The RØDECaster Pro also offers multi-stage dynamics such as compression, limitation, de-esser and noise gate.
