Ich ziehe schon seit längerem meine eigenen Sprossen und bin von diesen Bio Ur-Brokkoli Samen absolut begeistert. Fast jedes einzelne Samenkorn geht auf. Ich hatte bisher kaum Ausfall, was für die Frische und Qualität des Saatguts spricht.Man braucht nur eine kleine Menge Samen (ca. 1-2 Esslöffel), um ein ganzes Keimglas zu füllen. Die Packung hält gefühlt ewig, was das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis unschlagbar macht.Die Sprossen schmecken frisch, leicht würzig und eignen sich perfekt für Salate, Bowls oder aufs Brot. Dass es sich um "Ur-Brokkoli" handelt, gibt mir zudem ein gutes Gefühl bei der Nährstoffdichte (Stichwort Sulforaphan).Die Samen lassen sich problemlos im Keimglas ziehen. Nach ca. 4 bis 6 Tagen hat man eine perfekte Ernte.
