Lavazza Espresso is ideal for anyone who wants to feel like a barista at home. Professional drum roasting, espresso grinding and the intense taste of the original Italian espresso. Preparation with an espresso machine or a fully automatic coffee machine. Roasted Coffee Beans 1. Grind 18-20 grams of coffee to a fine consistency. 2. Heat your espresso machine to the ideal brewing temperature (approx. 93°C). 3. Tamp the coffee grounds evenly in the portafilter. 4. Brew the coffee for approx. 25-30 seconds, resulting in a 36-40 gram double shot. 5. Serve and enjoy! Contains caffeine. Ich habe diesen Kaffee inzwischen im Abo – das sagt eigentlich schon alles. Der Gran Crema ist für mich der perfekte Allrounder: kräftig, aber nicht zu bitter, voll im Geschmack und mit schönem, leicht schokoladigem Abgang.Im Siebträger überzeugt er mit einer tollen Crema und vollem Aroma. Aber auch im klassischen Handfilter macht er eine gute Figur – etwas milder, aber immer noch intensiv und angenehm rund.Die Bohnen sind gleichmäßig geröstet, die Qualität ist konstant – und das bei einem sehr fairen Preis. Für mich stimmt hier einfach das Gesamtpaket.Fazit:Wer einen vielseitigen Espresso sucht, der sowohl im Siebträger als auch als Filterkaffee überzeugt, macht mit dem Gran Crema von Lavazza nichts falsch. Verdienter Stammplatz im Vorratsschrank.
