Dieses Glas ist pures Umami-Gold! 🌶️🔥Die perfekte Balance aus Schärfe, Knoblauch, gerösteten Chiliflocken und knusprigen Stückchen macht jedes Gericht sofort um einiges besser. Die Schärfe ist angenehm intensiv, aber nicht überwältigend – genau richtig, um den Geschmack zu verstärken, ohne alles zu überdecken. Besonders genial ist die knusprige Textur, die man so bei anderen Chili-Ölen kaum findet.Ich nutze es mittlerweile gefphlt für fast alles.Die Qualität ist konstant top, das Glas reicht lange, weil man nicht viel braucht – aber Vorsicht: Man greift immer wieder zum Löffel 😄Fazit:Wer gerne würzig isst und seinem Essen ohne großen Aufwand ein enormes Upgrade verpassen will, MUSS dieses Chili-Öl probieren.
