Der schwarze Fondant hat mich wirklich überzeugt. Die Farbe ist sehr intensiv und gleichmäßig, was gerade bei dunklen Motiven und Dekorationen super wichtig ist. Er lässt sich gut und geschmeidig ausrollen, ohne zu kleben oder zu reißen. So konnte ich meine Torte problemlos und schön glatt eindecken.Auch geschmacklich ist der Fondant angenehm süß, aber nicht zu dominant, sodass er das Gesamtbild der Backware nicht überdeckt. Die 250 g sind ideal für kleinere bis mittelgroße Projekte und die Verpackung hält den Fondant frisch.Für alle, die auf der Suche nach einem hochwertigen schwarzen Fondant sind, kann ich dieses Produkt nur empfehlen – es macht das Backen und Dekorieren richtig einfach und macht optisch einiges her.
