Ich bin echt begeistert von diesem Matcha. Schon beim Öffnen der Dose fällt die extrem intensive, grüne Farbe auf.Ich bereite ihn ganz klassisch mit dem Bambusbesen zu und die Konsistenz ist top. Das Pulver ist so fein, dass es sich super schnell auflöst und absolut keine Klumpen bildet. Er wird richtig schön schaumig und schmeckt sehr angenehm & hochwertig.Besonders für Iced Matcha Latte ist er mein Favorit. Er ist überhaupt nicht bitter, sondern angenehm mild und frisch.Bin zufrieden und werde ihn definitiv wieder kaufen. Wer auf der Suche nach einem ehrlichen Ceremonial Matcha ist, macht hier nichts falsch!
