Therabreath Healthy Gums oral Rinse - Clean Mint in blue bottle is a very good item used occasionally over 30 days. Large easy bottle and cap dispenser for drinking and rinsing in mouth as a wash. Very gentle, clean, fresh, minty taste and no side effects to mouth, stomach or gum accept some mild tingling so must be working. Taste stays fresh in mouth for about 30 minutes and not to eat or drink. Seems to be an alternate and better mouth rinse then the big brands which can not be taken, without sensitivity or burning sensations. Reasonable price and large bottle size. Unsure of the long term health of the gums. Seems effective product as described.
