What an upgrade from our 13 year old LG plasma TV.We wanted the latest but not blow a bunch money and found this deal on Amazon Prime Days. Bought this 55Q651F, 2025 year, TCL Model and it has so much to offer when viewing movies or live TV.*******PROS:Price: Budget friendly.Colour and resolution: You have control of how you set the colours or you can set it on auto. I am using manual controls to get the best viewing for the room it is in. Wow...it is like you are on the set of the movie and watching them live while they filming. Images and video POP out at you. If you are looking for a budget friendly TV with vibrant colours and resolution this is a great choice.Sound: Good sound with built speakers although sound could be a bit clearer. It has Dolby Digital+, Dolby Atmos, DTS Virtual and blue tooth to connect other devices for audio. We use a set of speakers with a mini plug that plugs into the back of the TV....this great if do not have Bluetooth speakers.Control: It has Alexa built in voice control and works great with our other echo devices. This model of TCL TV offers most TV apps with the option to search for apps not showing in their app store.Connection: This TV set offers bluetooth, ethernet or wifi-5 to connect to your internet. I use a mesh gig wifi-6 system and use a ethernet cable to connect from the device to the TV and it works great.*********CONS:Sound: Sound is not as strong with the TV speakers in a larger room... but would be okay in a smaller room.Apps:A bit slow with some apps: I Find that navigating between and opening some apps can be a bit slowOVERALL:For the most recent model year and technology that is budget friendly you can't go wrong.Fantastic vibrant picture and good quality with Alexa voice remote control for TV.
