2025-12-17 UPDATE: I sent Sunlu support all details and pictures and they offered me a refund for the broken spool. This will allow me to buy another and keep the filament from the broken spool as a refill, which is greatly appreciated. I have bought Sunlu filament in the past so I know it is excellent and easy to print with, therefore I have updated this review to 5 stars because the after sales service is very good. Sunlu filament is of high quality and now that the new spools that are the same size and reusable like Bambu spools, it is amazing. Thank you Sunlu for resoving my small problem._____________________________________________________I just received my box of 5 spools. The Sunlu Olive Green PLA box and spool are damaged. This is not shipping damage, this was shipped in this condition. The box has tape on the side to keep it closed and the bottom corner of the box is broken. The spool is broken on one side so I cannot trust it in my AMS, nor can I reuse it. I am very disappointed as this is my first batch of new Sunlu spools that are like the Bambu spools.
