I've been using QuickBooks desktop since 2002 and have gone through many updates to newer versions (usually every 3 or 4 years). I was disappointed to hear that Intuit are trying to phase out of the desktop versions, so I was very happy to find that this version was available on Amazon with this seller. The communication was fast and I was up and running (including importing my files from QuickBooks 2018) literally within minutes. This is why it gets a 5 star rating!
