Before I use this insole/s, for few weeks I had strong pain, I never knew what it was, the heel of my left foot. It's like sharp nails going in. Specially in the mornings when I wake up, seriously, literary, I used to scream from pain. After some search, I learned about what plantar faschiitis.First I bought a pair of Dr. Scholl insoles. I didn't feel any difference. Even i bought the special socks for plantar fasciiatis. I felt i need one size smaller, cause this one was a bit comfy, and is not stretching enough.Then I saw this insole on Instagram, I checked on Amazon, and found it. At that time probably it was on promotion price for 20 dollars.People, believe it or not, the second morning I already felt the difference, even the smaller socks helped together, so I bought another 2 pairs for my different running shoes, so I don't wanna take out put in every time. Now I don't feel the pain at all. Steppers are very cushy and comfortable. But make sure always buy a tighter sleeve socks, so it can circulate the blood inside your foot, after all that's the real cause of blood accumulation.
