Customer Reviews Summary
Overall: It seems like a great fertilizer and made of natural products. This seems like a big plus over other chemical-based fertilizers which could be bad for the environment and health. Results:I've been trying a dilution of one cap to approximately 500mL (16oz), or the volume of a standard large mason jar.Besides additives in my soil, I have not fertilized my plants in over a year, so I opted to provide a slightly higher dosage initially but ensure that I don't wash out the soil with too much water. For the subsequent weeks, I think half a cap to 1L of water may suffice for regular maintenance of nutrients.Observations from plants (no other substantial changes to environment):** note (I will update and report back in a few weeks)**- Certain plants have had immediate leaf budding, such as calathea medallion- Monstera deliciosa better stem strength- Philodendron erubescens no changeIt smells like the sea. I enjoy the smells the Pacific ocean sealife, so I don't mind just having a bottle of this to smell. The scent does linger in your room for a few hours, however, if that's not your kind of thing. It also smells like aquarium filter waste (from larger fish and turtles). I used to pour some of that waste water into the plant we had at home too which gave good results. I'd recommend that may work too, if you test your water first. The price of fertilizers seem high in general, probably due to the cost to produce/harvest these components, volumes produced, and the small amount used. While other approaches like compost, aquarium water, etc, may be most cost-effective, at the moment, I don't have room or access to these so this is a reasonable price.
