J'adore mon tapis de yoga pour faire mon fitness. Je l'ai depuis quelques semaines déjà et malgré mon opération au genou en 2021, avec ce tapis et son complément, ça me permet d'effectuer les exercices à genou ce que je ne pouvais pas faire depuis mon opération alors je le recommande très fortement ! Seul hic, l'attache de transport n'est pas hyper génial, le tapis en sort car les élastiques s'étirent considérablement ce qui permet au tapis de s'enfuir hahahha
