I bought this exercise ball based on the sizing chart. I am 5 foot 2 and bought the medium and it is the perfect size for me. The ball is very easy and straightforward to set up. The foot pump is of good quality. I did have to be a little aggressive to get the tube into the pump and ball as it is a tight fit. I love that it comes with a measuring tape so you can measure that the ball is inflated to 55cm circumference. When inflated the ball feels very sturdy and durable. It has the right amount of give and works very well in my exercise routine. It is perfect for doing core exercises as balancing on the ball engages the core. I also tried sitting on the ball, and the ball felt very solid and strong. For the price, I think this is the best option for anyone looking for an exercise ball! Save yourself some money and buy this ball!
