There will be no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm’s length.- i don't see a single scratch anywhere. it did have some finger prints, maybe from the reseller cleaning it. i cleaned it anyway because you're buying a used watch, of course you should clean it!* This product will have a battery which exceeds 80% capacity relative to new.- my battery reads 84% maximum capacity when i view it in the Settings -> Battery -> Battery Health. So that's about normal for a watch that's 24+ months old. This is a series 8 so that's 2022 (i think)* Accessories will not be original, but will be compatible and fully functional. Product may come in generic Box.This product is eligible for a replacement or refund within 90 days of receipt if you are not satisfied.- the watch band that it came with isn't the worst. it's kind of a weird blue, probably called "midnight blue" or something becuase it's dark but i'm not a fan. But, who's going to be keeping the standard band anyway? There are millions on amazon for affordable prices to customize your new-to-you watchall in all, i'm happy with the purchase and the seller did not mislead at all.
