Verdict: The Gaiam yoga block 2-pack in Grey is $15.49 live. The Gaiam yoga block 2-pack in Lagoon is $17.19 live. Same brand, same 2 Blocks style, same standard 9 x 6 x 4 EVA foam rectangle — Denver 80202 buy boxes, both Sold by Amazon.com / ships from Amazon.com. Our catalog still prints Grey at $25.99 (and a $29.99 original). That card is stale. Live, Grey is the cheaper color by $1.70. Pick the color you want on your mat, not a fake ten-dollar gap.

I cover sports and outdoors from Denver. I am not posting a compression lab or a “holds 400 lb” graph. I am asking whether you are buying foam height for half-knees and half-splits, or trusting a scrape that still says Grey is a $26 accessory.

What it is

Both ASINs are Gaiam latex-free EVA yoga blocks with beveled edges and a soft non-slip surface on the listing. Style on both pages: 2 Blocks. Size family: 9" W x 6" H x 4" D (about 4.6 oz each on the Lagoon care line). Shared review blob today: about 4.8 from a few thousand ratings. In Stock, Add to Cart on the Denver check.

Grey (B075W63K67) is the neutral pack. Live one-time buy box: $15.49. Our sports-outdoors catalog still says $25.99. That is not a denser foam. That is a broken sticker.

Lagoon (B0872LHKHZ) is the same 2 Blocks configuration in the blue-green color. Live $17.19. Our catalog under-shoots at $13.92 — also stale, just in the other direction. Trust the buy box.

These are blocks, not mats. We already did half-inch mats earlier. Today is the foam brick you put under hands, hips, or a seat for meditation.

Who it's for

Buy the Grey 2-pack at $15.49 if you wanted two standard Gaiam blocks for home practice, a gym bag, or a studio that does not care about color. Live, this is the cheaper of the two.

Buy the Lagoon 2-pack at $17.19 if you wanted that color and you are fine spending $1.70 more for the same size and style. Do not buy it because our catalog still looks cheaper at $13.92 — that card is below the live box.

Buy both only if you actually need four blocks. Most people need two.

Who should skip

Skip Grey if you only clicked because our catalog still prints $25.99 and you thought you were looking at a luxury set. Skip Lagoon if $1.70 more for a color is not worth it. Skip both if you already own two blocks that still sit flat. Skip cork or wood if that is your material lane — these cards are EVA foam. Skip a third-party seller that is not Amazon.com when you wanted the buy box I saw.

Honest nits

Catalog Grey is badly stale. Live $15.49. Card still $25.99. Quote the buy box.
Catalog Lagoon is stale low. Live $17.19. Card $13.92. Do not plan a cart around the scrape.
Live gap is small. Grey beats Lagoon by $1.70 today. The decision is mostly color.
Same 2-block style. Neither ASIN is a “premium denser” story on these pages. Do not pay for thickness you are not getting.
I will not fake a durometer or grip lab. Sweaty palms and a dusty basement floor will answer that on day two.

Value verdict

Buy the $15.49 Grey 2-pack if live Amazon is still near that number and grey is fine. Buy the $17.19 Lagoon 2-pack if you wanted that color. Buy neither at our stale Grey $25.99 without opening the page.

Worth $10 extra for Grey on this listing? No. That gap is our scrape, not Amazon’s buy box.
