This has been the best education app I have used with my kids. It's rate of progression is good. We spent about 10 minutes a day on it and the kids loved it. A few of the games required precise timing (like a jump) but can be completed even if you get it wrong. The story is engaging and the ability to choose rewards and collect tricky words made my boys very competitve. Would recommend for any child learning their letters and words.
