It’s one of the few films that has lived up to and in fact exceeded my expectations. People have been complaining about lack of unseen footage. But I would say that it’s about a 50/50 split. The editing is amazing - Polk Salad Annie being the best example of this. The remastering is incredible. Whilst you can see that it was made in the early 1970’s, said remastering gives the film a modern feel. I have the blu ray and 4K on pre-order along with the vinyl soundtrack (I already have it on CD). 10/10. Well done Baz Luhrmann and Jonathan Redmond. More of this same please!!
