As a member of the elite Pathfinder 608 squadron he was part of the force that, arguably, did more than any other bombing unit to bring about the Nazis' final surrender.

This is not an ordinary book. This is an extraordinary book. Colin Bell is a man of immense courage, resourcefulness, and, indeed, modesty. The writing is at once very exciting in a racy way, yet profoundly thought-provoking. For years, I have taught Theories of History. But if you would like to know about History being made, read Bloody Dangerous.
